Royal icing patterned cake pops.
In this cake decorating tutorial I show you how to make some basic cake pops including the ratio of butter cream and sponge cake that you need. Aim for around 50g of buttercream and 150g of crumbled sponge cake / cake crumbs. Then we take some royal icing and pipe a fancy pattern onto our cake pops, simple! 🙂 If you are struggling to think of a pattern, find a design online to use as reference.
