15 Donut Pops – 110 calories 6 F / 10 C / 4 P each

Donuts:
¼ cup + 2 Tablespoons coconut flour (42 g)
¼ cup gluten-free oat flour (28 g)
1 scoop birthday cake or vanilla protein powder (28 g)
1 Tablespoon cocoa powder (5 g)
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup stevia
2 teaspoons ground flaxseed meal (4 g)
1 Tablespoon oil or melted butter (14 g)
1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup (15 ml)
¼ cup + 2 Tablespoons unsweetened applesauce (90 g)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk (120 ml)
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (5 ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 ml)
5-10 drops red food coloring
Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.

Frosting:
½ cup plain Greek Yogurt (120 g)
1 ½ Tablespoons honey (31 g)

Chocolate Ganache:
1/3 cup coconut oil (80 g)
1/3 cup chocolate chips (86 g)
½ cup cocoa powder

You will only use about 2/3 of the chocolate ganache, and the nutritional information reflects this. However, you will have trouble coating the last few pops if you do not make the full amount. Pour the leftover ganache into a bowl lined with wax paper and refrigerate to harden, then enjoy as a chocolate bar!

Store donut pops in the freezer, and remove one hour before serving. Enjoy!
